1.Preparation of Project Schedules (Tools used: Primavera, MS Project etc.,) covering entire scope and within de?ned timelines
2.Plan for budget required for the project and create various budget heads todocument and monitor the expenses
3.Calculation of Optimal Material,Manpower and Machinery Requirement
Create Cash?ow analysis (Expected billing (cash in?ow) vs Expected cashout?ow
5.Analyzing the Direct & Indirect cost overruns, shortfalls, and prepare Profitability report
6.Co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Quality Departments
7.Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates from the project
8.Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance - usuallyEarned Value Method (EMV) is used for this) at various stages of the projectto analyse deviation
9.Create Project Closing Reports and Learnings
Purpose :
Responsible for Execution of Mechanical Projects and Fabrication Works at the site within the Cost, Quality & time lines.
